We send our clients copies of all significant letters, paper or pleading in the case. When things happen in the case, we make sure that our clients are informed. We ask that the clients do the same for us so that there are no surprises on either side. If our clients ever have a question concerning the meaning of anything that we send to them, they are encouraged to call us.
