Our office assists individuals in the sealing or expunction of criminal arrest records that occurred in Pinellas County, Florida, so that this information does not appear in various background checks.

If you or someone you know has ever been arrested, you may now realize that the criminal arrest record (police and court) arising from the arrest can cause ongoing significant problems in employment, housing, and other important situations, when a criminal background check is performed. Even if you received a withhold of adjudication, and were not convicted, the criminal record may still, and will probably continue to cause problems.

If you qualify, the sealing or expunging of your criminal arrest (police and court) records is a low cost way of improving many aspects of your life. Once the sealing or expungement of your Florida criminal record is granted by the court, the withhold of adjudication, or dismissal of your felony, misdemeanor, or other criminal charge, will no longer be available as a public record, as it will be sealed or expunged.

Also, if you seal or expunge your criminal record, you will gain the LEGAL RIGHT to deny, or fail to acknowledge, anything to do with the arrest, and the legal proceedings from the case itself.

Our office charges $750.00(regular rate), or $499.00 (student and military rate), plus applicable Pinellas County clerk/court costs of between $60-80, and a Florida Department of Law Enforcement fee of $75.00 to seal or expunge your Pinellas County, Florida criminal record. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement $75.00 fee is for the processing of your application for Certificate of Eligibility, which is mandatory. We also offer payments plans, if necessary.

By sealing or expunging your criminal record, your opportunities in finding a job, housing, and other important life situations can be greatly improved. Clearing or eliminating your Pinellas County criminal record via the legal processes, available under Florida Law, of either sealing or expungement is an investment in your future!
