Haley Van Dyke

Haley Van Dyke joined The Law Office of Frank DiCosola, as a Paralegal in October 2005, and actively manages the Litigation Department, for the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for one of Pinellas County’s largest defense law firms, handling litigation cases for some of the nation’s largest insurance companies. This prior experience helped her gain valuable experience,

working on the other side of personal injury claims, and she brings this knowledge and information to our firm to help best represent our clients’ interests, in the pursuit of justice.

Haley’s primary focus is in Personal Injury Litigation, at both the State and Federal levels, handling all aspects of personal injury claims, from Pre-Suit to Post-Judgment matters, attending and assisting in all of the firm’s trials.

Haley excels at researching legal matters, and all aspects of trial preparation and trial itself, but genuinely enjoys meeting with, and helping clients, at all stages of litigation.

In Haley’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sports, and relaxing on the beach.
