Our approach to our practice is a little different from that of other law firms. We do not take a lot of cases. We instead try to limit ourselves only to cases where people are genuinely injured, and which we feel are meritorious.

We believe in a hands-on approach to legal services and pride ourselves with individualized service. We understand the importance of each legal matter to each individual client. As a result, each matter is treated with the utmost dedication and attention.

We spend a significant amount of time investigating and making sure that the case is meritorious before we file a lawsuit in any case. We want to be certain about facts and our theory of the case before the lawsuit is filed. This ensures that we are fully prepared and know our case better than the other side.

We also keep you abreast of your case. Communication with our clients is of the utmost importance. We feel the handling of any case is a partnership with our clients and so we take great efforts to make sure that they are fully informed. We send our clients copies of all significant letters, paper(s) or pleading(s) in the case. When important events happen in the case, we make sure that our clients are informed. We ask that the clients do the same for us so that there are no surprises on either side. If our clients ever have a question concerning the meaning of anything that we send to them, they are encouraged to call us. Our clients are the heart and soul of our practice and their thoughts are very important to us. We know—that the right lawyer makes all the difference.
