Heather Henness
Heather Henness joined The Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A. in November 2022 as a Paralegal in the Pre-Demand Department. Her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to both the firm's clients and her colleagues quickly distinguished her as a valuable member of the team. In recognition of her dedication and leadership, Heather was promoted to Claims Coordinator, in August 2023 and, in March 2026, advanced to the role of Demand Lead, in the firm’s Pre-Demand Department.
A Florida native, Heather was born in Tampa, and has called St. Petersburg home since 1996. Her lifelong connection to the community inspires her passion for helping others and serving clients throughout the state. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and attending sporting events and live concerts. As a proud Florida Gators fan, she brings the same enthusiasm, dedication, and team-oriented spirit to her personal life as she does to her work each day.
