Lena Stafford
Lena Stafford joined The Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A., in March 2025, as our receptionist.
Through her hard work and dedication to the firm, Lena was promoted in March 2026 to Intake Lead/Legal Assistant, in the Pre-Demand Department.
Lena plays a critical role in the Pre-Demand Department, working closely with the Team, and Mr. DiCosola, to ensure that each case progresses smoothly, from the moment we are hired.
Originally from Georgia, Lena was raised on a farm, where she developed the strong work ethic and determination, that continue to serve her well today. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether kayaking, fishing, or relaxing at the beach. Known for her friendly personality, and positive attitude, Lena values time with family and friends, and enjoys making meaningful connections with those around her. She is also a devoted animal lover and proud dog mom to her Yorkie, Maya.
Lena takes pride in helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their legal journey, and she is honored to be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
